No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Critique Yourself does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size, incorrect color, or an unwanted item.
Please carefully review the product description, sizing information, colors, and other product details before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
After reviewing your claim, Critique Yourself may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
Refunds
Since all sales are final, refunds are not available for unwanted items, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind.
If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
